Report a player

Report or block anyone from inside the app — it acts straight away, and a block applies everywhere at once.

Trouble linking a gamertag

Include these and the answer comes back in one reply instead of four:

• your gamertag, spelled exactly as the platform shows it
• the platform — Xbox or PlayStation
• what you saw: the error text, or the step it stopped at

For Xbox, the most common cause is privacy: when you verify with the code, the bio it goes in has to be visible to everyone for the check to see it.
